CITY OF CENTRAL FALLS ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 27th, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 580 Broad St., Central Falls, RI for hearing and/or consideration of the following: Application #ZB-24-01: The City of Central Falls, of 580 Broad St., Central Falls, RI owner and applicant of 10 Higginson Ave., 756 and 770 Lonsdale Ave. St. (Plat 9 Lots 50, 203 and 26, respectively), is seeking relief from Article VII (Signs) of the Central Falls Zoning Ordinance to permit exterior signage for the new Central Falls High School that exceeds the maximum area permitted and uses a material that is different from what is permitted. The Zoning Board will allow oral and written comments for this application. Call 727-7480 for additional information.
